Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If you received the wrong item ie: incorrectly ground coffee, or want to exchange you may return any unopened product within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or credit toward a future online purchase.Â
We do not accept returns of ground coffee. Only whole bean coffee may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund.
To start a return:
Please call us at 513.655.6535 and leave your name, address, order number, order date, reason for the return, and a daytime phone number or email address where we can reach you.
Once approved, place the unopened item(s) in the original packaging and send them to the address provided. (Please note that certain food items may not be eligible for return based on state regulations.) Since we can’t take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend using an insured shipping method for returns
Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable unless your order was filled incorrectly.
