Shipping policy

Deeper Roots Web Orders ship via UPS Ground Saver, and we roast fresh Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or after 11am on Friday will be roasted and shipped the following Monday.

Packages addressed to PO Boxes are shipped through USPS.

Once your order leaves our facility and is in the care of the carrier, they assume full responsibility for delivery. If any issues arise with delays, loss, or misdelivery, please contact the carrier who made the final deliver and submit a service request.
