If you need to cancel an order, please give us a call at 513.655.6535. Cancellations must be made before the order has shipped.

We’ll always do our best to help with cancelling an unwanted order, but because we work to fulfill orders quickly, we can’t guarantee that a cancellation can be completed once the order is already in process.
