About
One of our dearest coffee friends, Vikram, from Benchmark Coffee Traders made this coffee a special focus for his company to import. Directly from the Sigri Estate, where several other of our beloved offerings originate, comes this single variety, fruity coffee called Big Red. It's 100% a variety called Maragogype, a mutation of Typica. Maragogype was first discovered in Brazil and in Kenya is colloquially referred to as the Elephant Bean. This lot was processed at Sigri using Vikram's own requests for detail. The result of this work is something we've never tasted from PNG before and we're almost certain neither have you!
