🌄 Grown in the mountains of Caconde, São Paulo
This coffee comes from Sitio Boa Vista, a family farm perched at 1200–1340 meters. Surrounded by scenic views and a tight-knit community of coffee growers, it’s as beautiful as it is delicious—just ask anyone who’s stopped to snap a photo by the hibiscus tree out front of the estate!
🌞 Naturally processed on African raised beds
Celso and Gertrudes use traditional natural processing and dry their coffee on raised beds—allowing the fruit to dry slowly and evenly. This method brings out rich, syrupy sweetness and complexity in every cup.
