Barista Basics Class

The Deeper Roots Coffee Barista Basics class is a hands-on introduction to the vast world of espresso making, milk steaming, and drink building. In this class we will introduce essential brewing theory & variables for optimum espresso brewing, best practices for producing silky micro foam textured milk, & how to pour basic latte art.

*This class is a hands-on experience and recommended for home baristas that are interested in or currently making espresso drinks in their homes. 

IN THIS SESSION YOU WILL:

· Learn basic brewing theory and concepts

· Learn how to adjust brewing variables to get the most out of your espresso

· Critically taste espresso and dial in using the appropriate brewing variables
