BEHIND THE CUP
About
Finca San JerĂ³nimo Miramar sits high on the southern slopes of VolcĂ¡n AtitlĂ¡n, where fourth-generation producer Giorgio Bressani leads one of Guatemala’s most thoughtful and diverse coffee estates. Giorgio’s approach blends careful agronomy, small-batch precision, and a genuine curiosity for variety and processing, all backed by the Bressani family’s century-long commitment to the land.
For Deeper Roots, San JerĂ³nimo has become more than a sourcing partner, it’s a relationship built on shared values around stewardship, quality, and transparency. The farm’s regenerative systems, from its protected nature reserve to its integrated dairy and honey operations, support the vibrant, clean, and fruit-forward coffees we’ve come to expect from Finca San Jeronimo!
