Gatta Honey is pulped from the fruit and, instead of washed, it's immediately moved to raised beds to dry with all the sticky mucilage on. Amplifying the excellent flavor profile of the coffee. We're tasting citrus – bergamot, black tea and tropical fruit like mango, papaya and pineapple.

About
This special lot is harvested from the Gatta farm where our Shantawene coffee is collected and dried. This honey processed coffee is pulped from the fruit and, instead of washed, it's immediately moved to raised beds to dry with all the sticky mucilage on. This gives a unique variation to the typical washed Gatta and let's us try the genius of the Dukamo family's processing.
