This honey processed coffee comes directly from Gatta Farm in the Bensa District of Sidama, Ethiopia — the same land where the Dukamo family's Gafisse Washing Station processes our Shantawene coffees. The honey process brings out a side of Gatta's terroir you won't find in the washed lot: jasmine florals in the aroma, a honeyed sweetness that carries through the body, and a bright strawberry finish that lingers as the cup cools.
