It is responsible for highlighting and protecting the hard work and dedication of the coffee growers we partner with around the world. This PEP Talk will pull back the curtain and give you a look behind the scenes at the roasting process.
In this class we will:
Introduce and discuss the DRC roasting philosophy and sourcing values
Review the roasting process and key chemical reactions that develop flavor in coffee
Observe and follow along with a roast
Discuss and taste various roast defects
